You may be able to purchase a copy of Paddington's hat on Etsy. Or maybe find a pattern..

It looks like a Slouch hat that happens to be red. Most of the ones people will find are black or brown. However, I'm sure someone out there must make it in that shade.

I had a red velvet slouch hat years ago that I got from Accessorize or Monsoon in Covent Garden. Everyone always commented that I looked like Paddington bear when I worn it. Although they could have been referring to the excessive hair and residual marmalade stains.

It looks to be a bohemian panama hat. If you google that you may find what you're looking for. Years ago I made one out of felt for my stuffed Paddington.
