Residual Colin Firth voice 1hr18m in the movie - anyone else notice?

I must be a huge Colin Firth fan to instantly notice his voice, but I've rewatched it several times and am absolutely certain it is Colin Firth saying: "God, is that you? It's just you sound more like Mr Brown than I imagined".
Would love to see if this ever ends up on the Goof's list - would love to know if I'm actually right.
Anyone else agree?

Ooh, yes! It does sound like him, and is very different from what is clearly Ben Whishaw going on to say "Mr Brown! What are you doing out there?".

Could this be a Nanny McPhee reference? He was Mr. Brown in that movie.
