Was the hasidic Jew encouraging Chelsea to vote for McCain (Slightly dated, since the 2008 election is over). There's no way in hell a jew would ever vote Republican.

That's... untrue? I don't see any reason why a Jewish person can't belong to any party he/she wants. Republicans, just in recent history, have been more staunch in their support of Israel. More so, say, than Obama (who has pushed for a halt to settlements). This is not to say whether or not that is "good" or "bad", but a person invested in Israel for whatever reason could find reasons to prefer republicans.

Orthodox Jews tend to be Republicans, the more religiously conservative the more politically conservative...

Well at the time Obama was an unknown quantity, so I'm sure some jews were a little hesitant to vote democrat even though there are tons of jews and strongly pro-jew democrats in congress (Pelosi, Schumer, etc...)

It was funny that he popped his load just by hugging her.
