SPOILERS:

1. what happened to the little girl (wendy) after martin went upstairs to get her with the knife? did he kill her?

2. what happened to that shadowy figure/relative of the serial killer's whom we only see as a shadow as the serial killer talks to him at the meat-packing plant? is his identity ever revealed? or is he just a figment of the serial killer's imagination?

it wasn't the fall from her 16th-floor penthouse that killed her, it was the stop

1. It's to be assumed that Wendy was killed. The following morning, the police mentioned that there were four bodies. So she would have been included since William wasn't brought to the house.

2. I assume it's Sutter's father. He's also the body under the sheet in the bedroom. Sutter's wacked out mind made him believe his father was still roaming the house when in fact, he was dead for years.
