laughable reviews ..

reply

So because you don't like the movie makes the reviews laughable or somehow less true to the people who wrote them?

Are you thru? Not even close bud.
The breakfast club.

reply

Yeah, you can't trust people who write movie reviews for a living. Most of them write only positive reviews. You can judge how trustworthy a review writer is by the amount of bad reviews they give, compared to good ones.

It's because of the fact that there are made a lot more bad movies than good ones. And a movie critic that watches just about every movie that comes out, should have high standards for what is a 'good movie'.

This one isn't.

reply

I don't agree with most of that but hey your entitled to your opinion.

reply

Quite possibly the stupidest thing ever written. Congrats Jim!

For anyone else that wants to actually think rationally, read movie reviews with an objective mind, it's easy to spot the writer's bias. FWIW I found precious little of that in the quoted reviews-- that's not to say that the OP didn't handpick only the most glowing ones, as I'm certain there are many more bad reviews for this movie than there are good.

HEY BABY LOOK AT MY EYES. I LOVE YA BUT I HATE YOUR LIES.

reply

The reviews are a little over the top, but I liked it. It was smart and I dig movies where the bad guy wins.

reply

I couldn't predict a thunderstorm if I was standing underneath it...yet somehow I nailed this one. A movie for simpletons! Giant TURD, in fact I would call it a turd burglar, cause it steals your time and pleasure, for a good 1:45 minutes.

reply

Riiiiiight. So as soon as you saw the little blonde girl cousin you knew that she was gonna end up watching her mother die, shortly before she herself gets hacked to pieces by a brainwashed underaged serial killer?

Really? Really.

HEY BABY LOOK AT MY EYES. I LOVE YA BUT I HATE YOUR LIES.

When is this site going to clean up the trolls. Nothing you have said actually indicates why you don't like the movie, I'm assuming you can articulate your thoughts here.

Maybe stick to "Drag Me To Hell", that movie is at about your level.

www.scaryminds.com - horror's last colonial outpost.

That's probably the biggest mistake one can make here on IMDB. The average IMDB user has an IQ well below that of a turnip. Basically you're arguing with the turnip that actually fell off the truck and landed on its head.

Logic, reason, common sense and open-mindedness are foreign concepts here.
