That's about what this movie deserved. It was poorly assembled. It couldn't decide what kind of movie it wanted to be. One minute it's a comedy, the next it's a gangster movie. There's nothing wrong with mixing the two but the climax didn't fit the tone of the movie. Why advertise it as a comedy with such a bleak ending?

No, I disagree. Ive seen alot of insults to Black films this wasnt one of them. This was a rather good film. Now, Frankenhood have you seen that *beep* Thats what I call the insult of the year that I seen. No *beep* that, I wasted my money on a another Charlie Murphy flick called Universal Remote that was even worse.
shareAgreed. Tyler Perry is an insult to black films. Films like Next Day Air and The Wood are great examples of the opposite.

This movie gets a 3 for me. I remembered seeing the original preview and looking forward to it because it looked hilarious. This movie not only wasn't funny, it dragged until the very end.

This film surprised me, I didn't think it would be that good but I highly enjoyed this film. I gave it a 8/10
