Aguirre and Terrence Similarities

I have watched a few Herzogs films recently.

Something that caught my eye was Terrence (Nic Cage) was walking with a lean to one side, I realise that he did have a back injury though.

But in Herzogs: Aguirre: Wrath of God, Aguirre Walks around in the exact same way. Identical.

In a way it is a type of swagger...Body Lanague that i think states a Arrogance.

Also they where both fairly Quiet overall...

The characters seemed quite similar....except one for his bad actions got really only Luck....the other was floated down the river.

Thoughts from those who have watched both Movies?

I agree, I posted a thread a little while ago about this which has disappeared. There are references to some of his other movies as well.

The Iguana's in The White Diamond documentary for instance, or the young guy dancing on the hill similar to the break dancing soul.

The reusing of the music "Old Lost John" from Stroszek in the gun battle.

The alcohol spitting in the funeral scene from his segment in "2000 years of Christianity"

The speech pattern of Timothy Treadwell from "Grizzly Man" is replicated by the character that hits Eve Mendes.

The character of "Midget" is interogated, "Even Dwarfs Started Small" begins with a dwarf being interogated.

I'm really sure there are more, I've even seen people suggest there are references to Nicholas Cage films too.

Interesting.,.. I did search the posts first to see if anyone else had noticed this and could only see a nicolas cage similarities thread.

I have seen strosek, Aguire and enigma of Kasper hauser. And now Port of call.

The character that hit eva had similarities to strosek...he would often just look at someone and kind shake his hand and go hrmm...
