An outstanding soundtrack
This film ebbs and flows. Sometimes its a little slower than I would have preferred, but two things remain constant from start to finish. Nicolas Cage is in top form and the soundtrack is simply the best. There are few other films that have had a soundtrack so entrancing and so haunting. The moodiness of the soundtrack helps convey the rollercoaster that life is for this detective.
