So very underrated!!

This is probably, in my opinion, one the most underrated films ever! It took me so long to see it because I didn't hear ANYTHING about it till I look up a review on Empire for the original Bad Lieutenant and saw they gave a 4 to that one and a 5 to this one. And a well deserved 5 as far as I'm concerned. This is seriously one of my favourite films of all time. It is so good! I enjoyed ever minute of it. It's one of the few films where it's all out crazy feels completely warranted. Couldn't love it more, is all I'm saying. So freaking underrated!

Ai also agree. Cage gives imo a performance worthy of an Oscar. Every major critic agreed that he was terrific in this and I just wish he would work with more talented people like Werner Herzog now and then. Still, "Joe" looks interesting.

I like this movie more than the Keitel BL. Which is saying something cuz that one was a fav for many years.
