Who is the Blond chick on the show that sounds like a stereotypical Valley Girl?

shareAgree, those two almost always end up either showing their ignorance on certain topics, making stupid statements or both. The other ladies (Kelly, Shevonne, Katie, Jaime, Charlie, Danica, Francesca, etc.) have had their share of ditzy moments. However, Raquel & Courtney top them all.

She GENUINELY does not CARE that she does not know. On an episode a few years ago she came right out and said that she "only cares about BLACK sh#%!*t".I don't care WHAT color you are I do not understand how you can just not care about anything and everything else in the world and in society that has NOTHING specifically to do with your race.
