Rachel Leigh Cook is gorgeous. She looks amazing and her acting is a cut above what is typical for this type of entertainment. I haven’t seen Benjamin Ayres in anything before this (never watched Suits or Saving Hope or Smallville). His acting is good, but he lacks charisma. His presence isn’t vibrant enough against RLC.

I’m hoping I’ll feel differently by the end of the film.

True. 🙂

He is sooooo bland. Maybe he is better in other roles (I hope!) but I am just not feeling anything from him in this one.

They have zero chemistry. Really. Zero. Chemistry.

In fact, I would say they have anti-chemistry.

She likes his kid, she loves his inn, she even likes his mom. But nothing in that movie made me think she liked him.
