I dunno...is it the one who vivisected tens of millions of Chinese & starved hundreds of thousands of POWs to death & used millions of subjugated women as 'forced whores' & then kept fighting to the death & encouraged their civilians to kill themselves?

ISIS can't bust a grape against anybody with a clean weapon, tactical knowledge and motivation and the Japanese had all three
