i could barely finish the first episode. they jumped straight to the spiral horrors. no characterization whatsoever. like why would i give two shits about any of these people at all? they really had a good chance here with a slow build up of spiral insanity and cosmic horror but we need to have seen their lives before any of this happen for us to care.

they did move pretty fast with the story and barely introduce the characters but the look of it and animation was petty cool. i hear that quality drops in episode 2 though.
