Spoiler alert

I knew it would be the white guy

reply

Of course it would be. The only white guy in the movie by the way.

There was colombian guy who is white also but since his name is Joaquim de Almeida they probably put him into "oppressed people of color" category.
Which is hilarious since he was actually born in Portugal and he is pure European, not "oppressed minority from Latin America". And by woke rules he is Evil White European Man.

Oh, just shut the hell up, troll. This movie is not political at all, but you're the one projecting your racist bullshit. It's a mystery, and a suspense thriller, plain and simple. Stop trying to make it into something that it isn't just because you can't stand the fact that a white guy just happens to be the villain. No one gives a fck. His being white had nothing to do with him being the villain, but you want to make an issue out of something that isn't even an issue to begin with. And bwt, the people of Portugal are not "pure" anything----they have both Spanish, African and European heritage. This is an American movie, with a diverse cast because the U.S. is a diverse country, period. Being diverse is the norm here in America----it sure as hell is nothing to whine or complain about. "Waah, waah, the white guy shouldn't be the villain because he's white, waah, waah waah,"----that's how damn ridiculous you sound. Just stfu and GTFOOH with that bull**** already.

And Europeans are not just lily-white----they come in all colors, too. Last time I looked on the news, white people were not the only people who live and work in Europe.
