Im still a fan but this ain't really good...
Okay, bear with me for a moment and picture this; a grandpa talks with his grandson about the good old times when he was a great skateboarder, he was actually one of the best in his town. So the kid tells his grandpa that he actually just finished building a ramp outside. So the good old man decides to show his skills to his grandson, they step outside and when he get near the ramp he pops a kick flip just to warm up, and it’s a beautiful and flawless kick flip but, thing is, when he landed it, he twist his ankle, falls to the ground and he’s now bleeding from his elbow and forehead, moaning and grabbing his injured ankle. Now this is my vision for this movie. It’s absolutely nothing more than a nostalgic piece remembering the good old times when it was great. As honourable as it is to watch, as much as a cringe it is at times. I don’t know what system they used for their action special effects but it wasn’t great. I don’t know where everyone got their inspiration for this project but it was far from genius. That being said, I am a fan, I’m a nostalgic person, I found it honourable and after all, still a pleasure to watch. But no matter how vivid the flashbacks, it won’t ever be the same again. Not fully worth my 20$ but I needed that DVD to stand next to the 3 others. My rating: 6.5/10
