If I liked 'Fired Up' will I like 'Bring It On'?

I looked at the dvd package of Bring It On in the store and it doesn't mention any male characters like in Fired Up.

I'm just wondering, is the focus in Bring It On so different from Fired Up that if I love Fired Up I won't necessarily like Bring It On?
