Agreed - great idea for a movie. Steve will need to don the "museum curator" glasses again to portray old Eddie the Eagle.
I can see this being made in a similar style to the Nick Leason film.
They simply HAVE TO inculde Eddie in some brief cameo role.

I noticed the screenwriter also worked on Anvil: The story of anvil. A good sign if you ask me - brilliant documentary.
