who was the walking dead look alike governor brit government type?

he was such a lousy actor. no offense. but that last scene when eddie comes home and you can see him in the background, grunting and holding a fart in.

maybe it was just the way it was directed.

i noticed that parts of the movie were kwerky, weird and cheesy... like eddies constant glasses face scrunch (seemed too much)

for the weird directing, they did nail the heart & tears by the end of the movie.

Lousy actor!! That's Tim McInerney, Blackadder's very own Lord Percy Percy.

Exactly. He is a childhood memory for me because i watched Black Adder season when it was brand new.

One amusing little follow-up (well, it amused me) is that Tim McInnerny also plays the part of Charles H. Sherrill - a member of the American Olympic Committee - in the film Race.
