Why are American children displayed as always so obnoxious and badly behaved?

Eh... most children are obnoxious, no matter their nationality.

But I agree, the kids in this movie were particularly annoying.

"He's already attracted to her. Time and monotony will do the rest."

I think the children in America are coddled beyond belief and that counts for their awful behavior but I agree even for children who were grieving, their behavior was WTF!!
