No Weapons/Guns or Cell Phones?

So nobody in the building had cell phones to call people on the outside and let them know what was going on in the building?

Nobody in this entire apartment building had guns, kitchen knives or even a baseball bat or anything? What about the police officers that got killed. Did anybody even bother to get their weapons once they were out of the picture?

Exactly. were you even paying attention?

The cell phone signal was jammed by the CDC/government.

They were clearly using weapons and when they didn't have weapons in their hands they were running for dear life and/or in a hysterical panic.
