was there something going on between Scott & Angie? I mean, the moving her hair out of her face in the beginning and being the only one (besides Jake) to reason and calm her down in the times where she panicked, at first I thought it was just a friendship, but later it seemed like more later down the line.

She always turned to him like when Bernard gets killed by the sniper, she turned and said 'They're not gonna let us out, are they?' and she called out for Scott first after she was attacked by Sadie, thinking she was bitten. Did anyone else notice this?

I don't think so. I think they were just best friends, always working together, like brother and sister. The sexual tension was between Angie and the fire fighter.

Yeah, that was sad too. I think that she did like him and vice versa.

Yes, I thought Scott had a thing for Angie, the way he watched her with the camera (it wasn't in a "that's his job" way), but it wasn't mutual. She was obviously into the firey, and Scott was obviously jealous because he kept trying to exclude him from the shot and just kept being a snippy bitch with him.

They were just best friends, or at least good friends. People of the opposite sex can be friends without being partners or even ever thinking of them being together. And it was those two people Scott and Angie who actually knew each other in the film, they didn't know anyone else.

I think they were the best of friends, note how Angie was able to console Scott after the first attack. I think Scott definetely liked her more than she liked him, I do agree that I think she may have taken a liking to Jake and I think Scott was a bit jealous when they were together. Note the scene where she puts the mic on Jake.

I don't think any of the writers put any of this in the script for this film.

Anything you see that might hint that are purely done by the cameraman and the actors parts.

Romance isn't the focus here. I personally didn't felt anybody "liked" anybody. There's casual flirtation sure, but that's just being used to keep the characters light, and not deadpanned in a horror show.
