Movie 23 - October Movie Marathon - o..k...

You might ask, why do I give this an 8 out of 10 but then say its simply ok? Well, I have to say, I love films that are done in this "found fottage" style. They really suck me in and they really bring up the plausability scale as I can put myself into their shoes a lil easier because im also "along for the ride". The film was well directed, well acted, the characters were believable though a lil on the stupid side(we have a biological attack so lets bring sick people in with healthy people?) but overall, i feel it was still a well done film that had some good scare moments. But the issue for me is that so many people have told me that this film was UBER scary, and frankly, It wasnt. The final scare was, like another poster stated so perfectly, was already given away, so it was more along the lines of waiting for it to happen than any sort of suprise. Stupid marketers!! ANyways, The rabies angle was cool, those infected were well done and scary at times and for that, I give it a solid 8out of 10 because it was a fun little ride to be on as well...but I dont think Ill be revisiting it any time soon.
