WHY DID THAT GIRL KEEP MOVING?

The girl from the beginning who never got her tracker implanted - Dany Wilkins.

Why did she keep moving?? She had many opportunities to hide in one place and not get caught... it was annoying.

She also never got her tracker implanted, right? So she wouldn't have even been killed by that.

I thought she did get a tracker, just a week earlier. The guy giving her all her credentials and whatever asked her if she got it done, and she said yes, but was clearly less than thrilled about it. I thought that's what happened anyway.

Her boss asked her if she got the tracker and she scratches the back of her head while nodding, so she had a tracker.
