Was Victoria operating under the curse at the end? (spoilers)

When she attempted to jump off the cliff, was she doing so because she was cursed by Angelique? I always assumed it was her own despair that she and Barnabus could never be happy together that did it this time, along with the memory of her past life. I've never questioned this until I read on a Dark Shadows Wiki that she was doing it because she was cursed. However, she demonstrated much more awareness and agency than Josette did. Remember, Josette looked terrified and implored Barnabus to help her before she fell off the cliff. Victoria talked to Barnabus and actually argued for her actions.
