I loved "Walk Hard: The Legend of Dewey Cox"...a paradody of all those rock star biopics. Funny, and even has great music.

Airplane is probably the best spoof movie of all time. Kentucky fried movie and Amazon women on the moon are great ones as well. I don't know how old you are, so keep in mind some of the material that is spoofed is from older movies. Airplane parodies the Airport series of movies, and there's a great skit in Kentucky fried movie that spoofs Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon.

If you want great parodies, go to the comic genius, Mel Brooks. High Anxiety spoofed the Hitchcock movies, and Spaceballs spoofed Star Wars perfectly.

Other than Mel Brooks, though, Murder By Death is also a great parody of all of the old detective movies.

Top Secret, Amazon Women On The Moon, I'm Gonna Git You Sucka, Naked Gun series, Kung Fu Hustle, Hot Shots series, Loaded Weapon, Hollywood Shuffle are some good ones.
