When they show parts like the youtube video "leave britney alone" in movies like these, do they have to pay/ask permission to the person??

Of course......or else that person would have the right to sue the movie company! Plus, it's illegal and against human rights...

Well then why did she agree??? Wasn't it embarrasing enough for her already??....after all she's making fun of herself
