I think bin Laden's videos are definitely worse, though clearly influenced by Friedberg & Seltzer. There's the same over-reliance on silly costumes and bizarre facial hair, the silly voices, the uncreative use of cultural references, the excessive implications of latent homosexuality, the tedious repetition of the one joke, putting all the jokes in the trailer, etc etc.
