The ONLY real issue- sex with Juno

Unless you got this you just missed the point.

100% of the issues from beginning to end centered around sex with Juno

1) There was the issue with the husband's having her and getting ready to dump his wife for her.

2) Beth and Holly were gay characters and young Holly was having Juno, Beth was not & was jealous.

3) While moving through the cave, Juno was spared by the creatures as they were desiring to use her as a mate to advance the species, which were humans or humanoid.

4) In one quick camera pan, Juno can be seen copulating with one of the creatures and enjoying herself. It was fast & easy to miss but it was there.

5) Juno killed Beth albeit accidentally, but did not report that to the others as she suspected a jealous rage.

6) In the sequel, Descent 2, Juno had lived for 4 years with the creatures as they were all involved sexually. Her new body in Descent 2 was due rto her having given birth to at least 4 creatures.


And on and on.

The movie was about sex/ breeding with Juno by the humans & the creatures. All else was irrelevant or sub plots.
