Spoiler alert... well not really. We all knew it was going to end this way.
But what was the point of him saving the blonde chick in the beginning, only to feed the sheriff's deputy to the mole men, the same monsters that probably ate his grandad?
Did I miss something in the movie?

shareI agree man, Part 2 was a good solid sequel to the first and I actually really enjoy watching it whenever I watch it on blu-ray at home or if its on tv I'll take the time to watch it.
That hillbilly tow truck driver though.....Wow. WORST character in the whole film. He was not needed and the ending with him slamming the shovel into Rios face was stupid as FU@*!!! After the first part of the story where he lowers them down into the cave I was hoping that was the last of him we'd see.
If there ever is a sequel to Part 2 I REALLY hope they ignore and lose the hillbilly character. Screw him man.
