This is showing the foundation of the hows and the whys the Evangelicals have taken over governments. They are a blight and should not be granted this much access to power.

Frankly, I didn't think the group came off as all that nefarious. They basically seem to me to just be a religiously-driven lobbying group, albeit a very successful one.
The tagline of the movie is something like "it's not about faith, it's about power" or something like that, but I don't really think the actual film bears this out. Yes, they're seeking power and influence, but it seems like it really is driven by their beliefs. They want power, but so that they can build what they believe will be a better world. There are all sorts of groups out there everyday who are trying to influence the political direction of the country. I don't see these guys as being any better or worse.
Exactly right.
Let's keep our minds and bodies pure. Let's labor for others who may bring us a better society. Let's be unselfish because we believe we can be better. Let's live a traditionally moral life.
And hateful leftists and those atheists who so don't believe in God that they spew hatred at those who do.
The jews, with their enormous wealth, are the religious group that wields the most power with western governments.
