shareNo, once the paramedics were able to resuscitate her back to life from her pill overdose attempt she was fine. Veronika never had an anyerism. The doctor just told her that she was going to die in the next few days, so she could realize how precious life is, and it worked. Veronika never finds this out in the film, so "everyday is a miracle" to her.
sharebut if thats the case, she will be living life as if every day will be her last. how can she lead a normal life?
Why bother going to work? she might want a baby but as she might die any day, how can she plan?

it was a good film and showed SMG can act, as many film companies dont think she can, i mean what has she done?
I think that is the point. Veronika used to plan everything from her education to her economic status to how well it would benefit her in the future, but she wasnt happy. It didn't even seem like she had a love life... until she thought her life was about to end.
I think Veronika will live her life to the fullest without having to plan every little detail in her life and focus on happiness as opposed to what is best for the future (and I think that include getting married and even children)... when she was doing the latter she was choosing things where was not happy at all, so why even live?
