Such a shame

That this didn't get the attention it deserved. I just watched the dvd from Walmart and while the music was terrible I think that it wasn't the original music that was used in the film. Sarah's performance should have been what brought her back into the limelight. While I've been a fan of Sarah's for years this role was unlike anything she has done before. While I think she put in an amazing performance I don't think it was Oscar worthy like some people are saying. I can't help but compare this performance to that of Jennifer Aniston's in cake. I do believe with the proper advertising and distribution this could have gotten Sarah a globe nomination. I went into the film with very low expectations since the film had been shelved for so many years but I don't understand how no one picked this up. It was such an honest and inspiring film.
