Annoying as HELL!

The shots last about 3 seconds. They literally take 3 or 4 words from an interviewee's sentence and then cut away. It's literally a show that consists almost entirely of 2 to 3 second "bites". At one point in the ALIENS episode the narrator poses a question and they cut to Sigourney Weaver saying "Yes", even though you know her "Yes" had nothing to do with the question the narrator asked. This is one of the most annoying shows ever. I watched it for about five minutes and then turned it off. Disappointing because it could have been so good.

I haven't seen it but I can't stand fluffy docs. Does it ever go in depth?

I looked forward to seeing an insightful doc on some generation-defining films. I watched the parts on Halloween and realized how bad it was right off the bat. It told me nothing I didn't already know about the making of that film and I anticipated the same for the other films. I had to turn it off.

I agree it is terribly edited!! trying to find different one liners and puns from the movie and mixing it in it is a mess!! and cringe! it is overproduced mess

I've honestly seen a lot of these types of Docs do this kinda stuff & I'm really not a fan. It's definitely annoying af

And sometimes, they get 'experts' who aren't even experts. Like comedians for example who are constantly 'trying to be funny' instead of cutting to the people who are talking about the thing
