Not Casting John Krasinski As Mr. Fantastic Was A Mistake

And spare me Kevin Feige your reasoning is that he was just a better actor in the choice is nonsense and was done due to Diversity when you consider Krasinski already played him in the DOCTOR STRANGE Sequel and was killed off by Wanda

reply

It was a bullet dodged. He's a goofy guy who will forever be Jim from The Office. He can't pull off heroic. Meanwhile, there's nothing "diverse" about Pedro Pascal. He's a white guy, just like Krasinski, and just like Mr. Fantastic.

Say, "I don't like the idea." Say, "He doesn't look the part." But don't say what You said, because after Quiet Place and several seasons of Jack Ryan, you sound like an idiot.

FWIW, *neither* actor is a good casting choice. What they SHOULD have done was cast an unknown who can act. . .there's NO shortage of talented actors out there who just haven't gotten a shot yet. Shrug.

Yeah, with a name like Pedro Pascal reeks of being more than just a white guy
