First Steps? WTF
What the hell is this First Steps shit
shareIf Kevin Feige Has Learned Nothing From Casting Michael B. Jorden As The HUMAN TORCH, then he'll learn nothing from casting Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards and deep down, this is why they Cast RDJ as the villain DR. DOOM in the New F4 movie is because of name recognition. Funny how MARVEL had the perfect casting with John Krasinski in the role of Reed Richards in the DR. STRANGE sequel, but according to Feige, the reason Krasinski didn't get the role was and quote "It's simple and logical, another actor got the part" Yeah.. I'm sure that's the real reason Kevin Feige and nothing to do with Diversity.. Hell, I think I'm going to remake the movie "SHAFT" and use a white man in the role..
shareDiversity? He's white. And a far better actor than Krasinski, who is a goofy dude. As we saw in the Dr. Strange film, he can't pull off the intellect or gravitas required to play Reed Richards. Pascal is a vastly superior choice.
shareThey chose Pascal because they wanted Diversity and if they've learned nothing from the 2015 when they did this and it BOMBED, then they'll never learn.. Gee?? I think I'm going to remake the movie "SHAFT" and I'll use a white actor to play SHAFT instead of a black man.. How well do you think that would go over?? Well??
sharePascal is a goober, he was on the Mentalist 10 years ago as a dork cop that dated Robin Tunney.. exucse me? Simon Baker (Pat Jane) or Pascal? hmph
plus i see all sorts of dumbass memes of this Pascal guy making stupid faces or saying some silly thing.... next!
Feige had nothing to do with the 2015 FF movie, you dumb fuck. The IP belonged to Fox at the time.
shareI don't give a shit dumb fuck!! You had a black actor playing the Human fucking Torch and did so for that Big Diversity casting and the movie BOMBED!! BOMBED!! Because of it with a piss poor opening of $26 Million
shareI take it to mean a couple things:
1. It's a reference to the Fantastic Four being the comic book that ushered in the Silver Age of comics, and brought Marvel to the forefront of the comic book industry. After the Fantastic Four came Ant-Man, then Hulk, then Spider-Man, then Thor, and so on, but it was the Fantastic Four comic book that opened the door for them all. That comic was the "first step" of the modern Marvel Comics story.
2. It's probably also indicative of how that film will mark the start of a new era of MCU films. It's the first film of Phase 6, and will also be the first serious film that integrates the characters acquired in the Disney-Fox merger, so in many ways it will be the MCU's first steps forward into an entirely new era of storytelling.
