I think she'll die, both of them will. It's like a Harry and Voldemort thing. I just hope she gets more screentime than Resurrection and isn't shut away in one place like in Kills, with no Michael scenes.

Laurie lives and Michael dies.
Laurie slits Michael's throat, and then Laurie and the people of Haddonfield crush Michael's body at a junkyard. Allyson makes it out alive also along with Hawkins. Corey is killed as well. Michael snaps his neck. So no passing of the torch like people thought with Corey and him becoming some new Michael Myers.
