Plot

A young man tormented with a haunting past as his mother was murdered by his derange father who is in prison, is sent to live with his Aunt and suffers from schizophrenia and bi polar suddenly snaps and goes on a killing spree wearing a white mask. The troubled soul leaves a blood trail where he stumbles upon an old abandon Hospital that is occupied with college kids who have used it has a haunted extravaganza for Halloween who soon realizes they're in their own haunted nightmare. It's up to a hard bent small town Sheriff to put this to an end who is on the killer's trail.
