I do not understand success of this movie. Power of books I guess

Media keeps saying it will make huge money. I watched trailer and it looks so boring and lifeless like some Netflix crap. First time I could not even finish trailer. Then I finished and still boring.

They say it's based on popular book. So that's where viewers come. Still huge crowd have to come to make those money.

It's hard to predict which movie will flop and which will succeed with those books and games movies.

Why do people care about this particular book? Men are not even hot and interesting in trailer. Some nobodies. Blake Lively looks like "lifeless Blake Lively". Her usual self.

Weird.

I’m not surprised you of all people don’t get it. Clearly you’re not the target audience so it’s no surprise as why you sound like your usual moronic self.

You clearly underestimate the power of these older women book loving crowd. It’s not that deep. It’s a popular book by a well known author and they capitalized on making the film at the right time. They’re saying it’s equivalent to Fault in our stars to a degree.
