Some suggestions for the show

The past characters from the show should have NEVER been mentioned. It makes it cheesy. These kids would have been like 7-8 years old in 2012 (when the show ended) - they wouldn't care or know about ''Serena''.

I'm surprised not to see more characters with multicolored hair, facial piercings - those are HUGE among Gen Z teens. I know they have a girl with a shaved head but a couple of other characters look literally plucked from 2007.

Not enough Gen Z slang. These characters sound too ''Millennial''.

i'm not entirely convinced this show should have a remake/sequel (?) i guess or whatever this is.
surely the original show had high ratings cause of Blake Lively.

The point of going to an established tuition school is not to have preppies behaving in a contemporary fashion. But script writers probably have no choice. The original show was pretty bad. This looks like it will be awful.
