I could never imagine someone like Jennifer Lopez with her squeaky, nasal voice in a role like that. She would ruin the whole movie. She needs to stick to roles where she can play herself.
Penelope Cruz would have been a good choice, but Eva Mendes is even better.
It would have been good seeing Josh and Penelope get together on screen, after their off screen romance but yes, Mendes over Lopez any day!
shareI think Penelope would of been great in the role but if those rumors were true that she was with Josh it might be awkward on set. Then what happens if it effects their performances? But i'm also a fan of Eva and glad she's in this movie no matter how many people say she can't act. I think her recent movies like WOTN and Cleaner show that yes she has some acting ability especially in Cleaner. And not go by comedies she's been in like Hitch and Stuck on You.
