... hmm, what I was thinking as well. not an expert on this area, but I would think that a massive drug overdose would lead to convulsions at least.
the episode here involved a trip to the airport, which wouldn't have allowed the time for the pods of drugs to have gone through the journey in the digestive system. so, i suppose that in this case here, it made sense for her to vomit out the drugs instead.
Yeah, and why the hell are they muleing the drugs to the airport anyway? The drugs are already in the United States, surely there are easier ways to move the drugs around the country than the bizarre method of having some poor girl swallow them (in extra thin packaging apparently) and then throwing them up once they get passed the security area. They seem to expect that the girls are going to die every once in a while, what happens when they die in the airport?

The purpose is to get it past airport security so the person receiving the drugs can take it on a flight to another country without risk.
But once they get to that country they still have to go through customs, so it's hardly without risk. And considering you have that whole girl-who-might-randomly-die-in-the-airport factor it seems far more risky to do it by this method. share

shareyep, i don't get it. so the point was to get the drugs through security to get it to another country? why not just send it from mexico in the first place, why take the added risk of going through the US for a few bucks?
