Is there a hero, or is it a show about villains only?

It's a show about an anti-hero, Teresa, who against all odds manages to survive skirmish after skirmish, and in the end reaches the top of the food chain.
Like Schwarzenegger's character in Predator. He didn't go in wanting to be a hero.
