Matter of fact, they don't show people showering in any of the Star Wars or Star Trek films either much less tens of thousands of other movies and tv shows that have been filmed. You've definitely got a lot more posting and complaining to do on IMDB. Good luck with that. LOL

OP has a point however, how are you supposed to make these woman inconspicuous during drug operations if they never change clothes, are clearly addicts, and almost live like homeless people. It's not realistic. They should look fresh and clean and well rested in order not to raise suspicions.
