I'm completely confused with why Brenda would go to Birdman's home to sell the book and why Theresa would let her considering she knows how dangerous Eric was from that party. This scene didn't seem believable and only a dumb way to plant the page from the book.

It was a gamble but I think it was clear, Eric wants to move up and was willing to listen to anything that can stick it to Epifanio & The Vargas Cartel.
