Can anyone tell me who is the composer of that wonderfully melancholy piano music running all the way through these movies. This music is so atmospheric it really tugs at the heart and it suits the tone of the movies so well. The main rveiewer on IMDB says the composer was credited in the end credits but I didn't see it and I was looking out for it on the DVD I've just watched. Tom Selleck is an awesome actor ang human being, wish there were more guys out there like him, such a geunine, lovely man.

He also did the music for a 1996 movie UNDUE INFLUENCE, with Brian Denehy.

I always thought that it was the same music that was in the film Road to Perdition, but it's by two different guys.

The DVD was released briefly and is now on sale at Amazon for a ridiculous price. So Jeff, out of the goodness of his heart will send you the music with the DVD inserts by email. I hope he is still doing it....please let me know if he isn't.

And I agree....it is WONDERFUL music....so relaxing and very melancholy, one of my favorite moods as my years decrease. It's hard to find a DVD that all the songs are soft and soothing.

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
