DOES HE LEAVE NEW ENGLAND AND GO 2 NEW YORK MY TAPE RAN OUT AND I ONLY SEE NEW.... ON THE SIGN ON HIGH WAY

He went to New Mexico to tell the mother of the missing boy what happened.

The highway sign said New Mexico where the mother of the stolen child lives. I think he went there to tell her in person what happened to her son.

All in all this was a very sad story.........not a satisfactory storybook ending........Kathy Bates had the best part i think, IMO.
