Don't waste your time with this inaccurate fantasy
Hard-core fans of Sifu Lee will no doubt watch the movie anyway but generally, this film repeats some of the same mistakes as "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" and adds in a lot more jump-spinning crap.
Dan Inosanto is represented in this movie, but the producers get his name wrong calling him "Professor Inosando king of the Philippino Stick" ... oh brother.
...and they bring "Inosondo" in the story late and give him a minor role when Guru Dan was one of Sifu Lee's top students and main training partners.
Next, Sifu Lee is portrayed as openly challenging all other styles of martial arts so that he can learn from them. This is too much like the movie "Fearless" where the protagonist demonstrates the superiority of Chinese Kung Fu by defeating all the foreigners in competition. Bruce Lee did learn from many other martial artists but the idea that he would fight them first is just too much.
Sifu Lee is shown as suffering a back injury from a challenge issued on account of his teaching non-chinese (as in "Dragon"). The truth is that Bruce Lee injured his back lifting weights.
There was a challenge between Sifu Lee and another Kung Fu artist but it lasted less than 30 seconds, not 3+ minutes as portrayed in this film. It also probably didn't have all the spinning back-kick-nonsense.
I ended up fast-forwarding through this one to the fight scenes but even they were just dreadful. Bottom line: this film was made for a Chinese audience emphasizing Bruce Lee's motivation to defeat the arrogant round-eyes.
