The Fallen is supposed to be so badass and yet gets killed in such an easy manner.

Also if the Decepticons were so long on Earth and know about our technology howcome they could not hack a signal and make a coherent message without it being jittery and scrambled? No wonder people thought it was fake and fell for the cover story.

Bay wanted a longer fight between those two, but couldn't do it.

Knowing about our primitive (from the Cons' viewpoint) technology is not the same as being able to handle it competently. I know a dude who's a tech whiz but didn't know how to properly use a typewriter.
