The matrix working for the Fallen
In Sams dream in the end of the movie the previous Primes say that the Matrix is earned by people who deserve it and sacrifice them selves for it. But it still works for the Fallen who is a greedy bastard who is the leader of the decepticons and wants to destroy earth for energon but it still works for him.
