Does anyone else think the tune, beat, or even the rhythm of the song sounds similar to Everywhere by Michelle Branch?

It also sounds like a song by Jesse McCartney called "We Can Go Anywhere"...which has essentially the same instrumentation.
It does sound like WCGA, but it looks like Jesse and his people/Hollywood Records haven't had a problem with it, or they would've said something.
